Before placing an order, please read the terms and conditions for returning Goods. By paying for your order, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
Inspection of Goods
Please make sure to inspect the Goods upon receipt for:
- integrity of the packaging;
- absence of mechanical damage.
Return of Goods
The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase.
Goods of proper quality may be returned provided that they have not been used and their marketable appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the Buyer upon payment for the Goods have been preserved.
The list of Goods that are not eligible for return is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The purchase price of Goods of proper quality shall be refunded to the Buyer within 7 (seven) days from the date the Seller receives the returned Goods, provided that the requirements of applicable Ukrainian legislation have been complied with.
The purchase price shall be refunded by bank transfer to the Buyer’s account.
The return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller’s address shall be made at the Buyer’s expense. Return shipping costs shall not be reimbursed by the Seller.
Claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” shall be considered by the Seller subject to the Buyer providing the documents required by applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Goods shall be returned to the address specified in the “Contact” section of the Online Store website.
